Event Host Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Remotr (“Platform”) and the Event Host (“Host”) who wishes to list and sell tickets for events on the Remotr platform.

1. Host Responsibilities

• The Host is solely responsible for organizing, managing, and delivering the event(s) as described on the platform.
• The Host must ensure the event complies with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and safety requirements.
• The Host must provide accurate and complete event details, including time, location, ticket prices, refund policies, and any special conditions.
• The Host agrees to manage all communication with attendees regarding the event, including updates, cancellations, or changes.

2. Payment and Fees

• Remotr collects payments from ticket buyers and deducts a platform fee before remitting funds to the Host.
• The Host is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees related to the event.
• Payment timelines and methods will be outlined separately and may be subject to the payment processor’s policies.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

• The Host must provide a clear refund and cancellation policy, which will be communicated to ticket buyers during purchase.
• The Host is responsible for processing refunds or credits directly with attendees in the event of cancellations or changes.
• If the Host cancels the event, they agree to promptly notify Remotr and attendees and refund all ticket sales in accordance with the stated policy.
• Failure to honor refund obligations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

4. Liability and Indemnification

• The Host assumes full responsibility and liability for the event, including attendee safety, event content, and compliance with applicable laws.
• The Host agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remotr, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the event or the Host’s use of the platform.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• The Host retains ownership of all content provided for the event but grants Remotr a non-exclusive license to use event information for promotional purposes.
• The Host may not upload or distribute content that infringes on third-party rights or violates platform policies.

6. Platform Policies

• The Host agrees to comply with all Remotr platform policies, terms of service, and community guidelines.
• Remotr reserves the right to remove or suspend events or Hosts that violate policies or pose legal risks.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
• Upon termination, the Host must fulfill all outstanding obligations, including refunds and communication with attendees.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [jurisdiction].

By listing and/or selling tickets on Remotr, the Host agrees to the terms of this Agreement.
